Maintenance Technician (Finance)

Functions and Duties:

• Perform maintenance tasks that include, but are not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines - Not all inclusive
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as specified in either PM work orders or manuals
• Fluent in all mechanical systems including drivetrains, hydraulic, pneumatic, pumping, and cooling systems
• Maintain facility plumbing, lighting, and compressed air/gas systems
• Maintain and repair overhead cranes
• Able to troubleshoot and identify all mechanical parts and limited electrical sensors/solenoids/relays/etc. for replacement or repair
• Must be able to hard pipe systems and use all associated tools
• Performs other related tasks as required or directed
• Perform required safety inspection and repairs

Education:

• High School Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Required skills:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of safe and efficient operation of all equipment, power and hand tools
• Ability to read mechanical assembly and electrical schematics
• Basic computer skills
