JOB DESCRIPTION
Accountant - Asset Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the calculation and review of the portfolio's ECL allowance process.
- Review and maintain monthly portfolio performance returns and benchmarks from managers.
- Assist with the quarterly 10Q / 10K disclosure preparation.
- Analyze data and explain investment results via commentary.
- Document, maintain, and report findings to immediate manager.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly investment reporting on a GAAP basis.
- Prepare journal entries and account review for business units.
- Prepare reconciliations and research out-of-balances by running queries and analyzing PeopleSoft accounts.
- Communicate effectively with all business partners.
