Sr Advanced R&D Engr/Scientist (Finance)
As an Advanced R&D Engineer/Scientist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, shaping the company's technical strategy, and contributing to the development of sustainable solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and champion process improvement
- Identify, communicate, and drive technical recommendations on the process with the operations team
- Troubleshoot process and equipment related problems and drive correction actions for quality, health, environmental, safety and production related issues.
- Interpret the health of the production system using a Distributed Control System (DCS), data historian (PI) and other data collection processes.
- Perform root cause analysis of process, quality, and HSE related issues. Both individually and team based.
- Operation of semiworks scale pilot plants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to solve complex challenges
- Contribute to the development of sustainable solutions
- Conduct research and experiments to advance technical capabilities
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical or related discipline) or Chemistry
- 5+ years of experience in a production or research & development environment
