Cyber Compliance & Security Lead (Finance)

As a key contributor across our Cybersecurity portfolio, you'll serve as a strategic advisor, hands-on architect, and collaborative partner in the development of cutting-edge, secure software offerings.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the Platform Security Architect for software initiatives within the Cybersecurity Solutions portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, portfolio management, software architecture, engineering leadership, operations, and procurement
  • Define and drive security architecture requirements across microservices, APIs, data protection, infrastructure, and network security
  • Lead the development and enforcement of a robust Cloud Security posture across major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), aligned with evolving portfolio needs
  • Provide proactive guidance on secure use of open-source components and the integration of emerging technologies in software development
  • Champion the implementation and continuous evolution of DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines
  • Represent the organization in internal governance bodies and external industry forums focused on cybersecurity compliance and standards
  • Contribute deep technical insight and architectural leadership to the design and delivery of cybersecurity solutions
  • Conduct formal security reviews for internal development projects and audits of third-party or outsourced software
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex customer inquiries related to cybersecurity
  • Represent the organization as a subject matter expert at technical conferences and industry events

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity field
  • Demonstrated expertise in security standards such as IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, and GDPR, with working knowledge of frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST
  • Practical experience in Agile development environments, applying Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices aligned with standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 21434, or Microsoft SDL
  • Proficiency in secure coding practices, static code analysis, fuzz testing, penetration testing, and formal security assessments
  • Strong understanding of cloud security controls across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Preferred background in industrial control systems (ICS) or embedded software development for industrial applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
