Operations Manager - Randolph County YMCA (Project Management)

Support planning and coordination of branch programs and activities.
Identifies current needs for the branch.
Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
Establishes new program activities and expands programs within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans.
Collaborate with multi branch program directors for marketing and MSA support of summer municipal pool operations and seasonal sports.
Manage communication through media relations, social media, etc.
Support growth and program development.
Coordinates use of facilities for program activities and events.
Promotes membership enrollment in interactions with existing and potential members. Coordinates sales and engagement activities for the branch.
Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community organizations.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
