  • Partner across teams (art directors, marketers, brand stakeholders) to bring projects to life in fresh and innovative ways.
  • Manage schedules and priorities to deliver high-quality books on time and aligned with audience needs.
Who You Are

  • Skilled at shaping and editing illustrated or visually driven books.
  • Strong communicator with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with ease.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver who thrives at the intersection of editorial craft, business strategy, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and entrepreneurial—with a passion for connecting readers to stories that matter.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • Be part of a team that values creativity, innovation, and inclusivity in publishing.
