Talent Management Project Coordinator (Creative Design)

We are seeking a Talent Management Project Coordinator to join our team at Central Processing Corp., located in Marathon City, WI,

Job Duties
Create and update folders, projects and task in the project management software to reflect timelines and responsibilitiesParticipate in project management and process efficiencies meetings, taking notes and updating systems to reflect changesProvide project support through use of technological tools (such as Wrike)Escalate at-risk and overdue projects to managers and stakeholdersEstablish and maintain internal department relationships to achieve desired project outcomesServe as a communications liaison between the Talent Management and other internal departments and key personnelReview, approve, and code Talent Management invoicesOversee the Talent Management SharePoint site. Collect and upload resources as needed, requestedProvide general support to Talent Engagement and Development Manager and Talent Management teamCreate and support the creation of department processes and SOPs

Remote and/or hybrid and/or office working environment

Physical Requirements
Sitting frequentlyCarrying/ Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds occasionally

Experience & Qualifications
2 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, or similar roleAn Associate or Bachelors degree in business, human resources, marketing, or a related field is preferredHighly developed analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple individuals and projectsDemonstrated time management skills and attention to detailProficient in the use of technology and software solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with impressive leadership traitsExperience with project management tools, data asset management software, and Microsoft Office productsProactive, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
