Business Project Lead Analyst, GHB Client Services Contracts - Remote (Finance)



Ready to take the next step on your career journey at The Cigna Group. The contracts team is hiring a Business Project Lead Analyst for Global Health Benefits (GHB), Client Services Contracts. This position will support and positively impact the performance of the Contracts and Legislation team. This is a leadership role to assist in the daily operations by ensuring consistency in process and workflow while maintaining standard policies and procedures aimed at improving overall operational performance (e.g., quality and productivity). You'll serve as the subject matter expert and business partner contact for Sales, key initiative enterprise project teams, baseline project teams, Client Service & Operations, and compliance. You'll be responsible for maintaining effective relationships and exploring automation opportunities to ensure our teams operate effectively.

What you'll do:

  • Contracts/Legislation, SME (subject matter expert), for new and existing initiatives to maintain or enhance operational service, productivity and quality
  • SME for project meetings/initiatives and responsible for the project tasks, documentation development, testing, and training
  • Drive departmental results, contribute to business solutions, develop innovative ideas for process improvement and lead initiatives
  • Partner with operational areas to ensure E2E process included for impact when there are changes
  • Partner with the state filing team on product and compliance as needed for new projects aligned to this role
  • Attend ongoing meetings as representation of the contracts team, where operational processes are impacted and develop and deliver the changes
  • Oversight of certificates, policies, amendments for products
  • Assist with developing workflow consistency and maintain Operational effectiveness for the contracts team processes
  • Resolve issues/mitigate risks in a timely manner with a sense of urgency
  • Communicate initiative status regularly, at appropriate level of detail for intended audience(s) including leadership

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Technical experience with a high level of proficiency in Legislation and/or Contracts systems, required
  • Must have a strong foundational understanding of Contracts and Legislation functional tools and processes, related goals and objectives, operational business workflows and IT processes, required
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to drive a specific initiative with limited Management support
  • Experience with End-to-End Process Mapping
  • Proficiency in DST, Salesforce, Vista, Leg tool, Jira, Vista, and Access, preferred
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft office products; (Excel, Word and Outlook), required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills ability to create SOPs and Job Aids that provide clear instructions or interface with internal and external customers in a highly professional manner
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and is results-oriented with an emphasis on urgency

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 74,000 - 123,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
