Willow Creek Healthcare Center in beautiful Clovis, CA is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department into its next chapter of clinical excellence. We're open to licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants with strong leadership experience and a passion for building great teams.
What You'll Do

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the rehab department
• Coordinate and oversee therapy services to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Supervise, mentor, and support all therapy staff across disciplines
• Manage department staffing, scheduling, and productivity goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes for residents
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure accurate, timely documentation
• Create a supportive environment that promotes growth, teamwork, and clinical excellence

What We're Looking For

• Active California license as a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
• A passion for resident care, outcomes, and staff development
