Land Development Project Manager (Information Technology)



ABOUT PURE CYCLE CORPORATION
Pure Cycle Corporation, (NASDAQ Capital Market: PCYO) is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to join its Land Development team at its Colorado Corporate Headquarters.
We are a land development and water utility company with an expansive portfolio of assets along I-70 directly south of DIA. This includes substantial water and wastewater utility infrastructure and water rights to serve our growing customer base. We are currently developing the Sky Ranch Master Planned Community, located along the booming I-70 corridor. Sky Ranch consists of 930 continuous acres with plans for 3,200 residential units and over 2 million square feet of commercial. We are continually looking to expand our land development activities through additional land acquisitions for which we can also provide water and wastewater services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee all field operations related to land development for Sky Ranch and future developments. Coordinate and schedule site contractors (grading, underground utilities, paving, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of finished lots. The Company has extensive heavy equipment and experienced operators and field construction professionals to self-perform many development tasks which this position will help support, and monitor daily to ensure work meets plans, specifications, quality standard and safety requirements. Conduct regular site walks and inspections to identify issues early and implement corrective actions. Communicate effectively with municipal inspectors, utility contractors, surveyors, and testing agencies to keep projects moving forward. Review and interpret construction plans, utility plans, and grading layouts. Track project milestones and schedules; provide weekly progress reports to leadership. Aid in the management of budgets, review contractor invoices and track change orders. Ensure compliance with all grading, erosion and sediment control, SEMSWA and environmental regulations. Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinate with internal teams to align land delivery timelines.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
Applicants need to have the following experience:
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus (not required) Experience: 5+ years of experience in site development or construction project management, preferably in residential land development.
The successful candidate shall have the following knowledge, abilities and skills:
Strong understanding of grading, utilities (water, sewer, storm), paving, and dry utility installation. Familiarity with reading and interpreting civil/site development plans. Ability to manage multiple contractors, site crews and the Pure Cycle GESC and construction team. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Working knowledge of local codes, inspections and permitting processes. Maintain a professional rapport with staff, customers, the public, and regulatory personnel. Proven ability to conduct field observations, and analyses. Proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft office products. A current, valid Colorado drivers license. The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check and drug screen prior to employment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily field-based Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
