Shipping Shift Coordinator - 3rd Shift (Finance)

As our Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and monitor the shipping process from order receipt to delivery.
• Track shipments and communicate status updates.
• Organize and maintain shipping records and documentation.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely preparation of shipments.
• Address and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems or logistics software is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs to 75lbs throughout shift
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
• Temperature fluctuations match outside environment (hot outside, hot inside - cold outside, cold inside)

Pay, Shift, & Location:

Pay: $20.00/hr, plus $2.50/hr shift differential for 3rd shift

Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am, Sunday-Thursday, with overtime as needed
