Cycle Counter
A Cycle Counter at MacLean-Fogg plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring operational efficiency within the warehouse. In addition, they play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory system, contributing to overall operational efficiency and supporting our team in achieving our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough counts and reconciliations of inventory on the production floor and in the warehouse, as required to ensure accuracy.
- Safely load and unload materials onto and from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves as needed, facilitating accurate inventory counts.
- Count, weigh, and record the number of material units to maintain precise inventory records.
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials, or mark information directly on containers, ensuring all items are properly documented and traceable.
- Enter adjustment transactions into the inventory system and conduct necessary research to resolve discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of inventory data.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow and convey directions clearly.
- Exceptional accuracy and meticulousness in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Basic mathematical skills with an understanding of measurement increments in both decimals and fractions.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Required
- Education: High School
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
