Responsibilities and Skills:
Lead diagnosis and repair of the most complex heavy-duty truck and equipment systemsMaster-level expertise in Cummins Medium and Heavy Duty, Navistar, and multiple OEM platformsAdvanced DOT and PM inspection capabilities with leadership responsibilitiesExpert-level electronic diagnostics and troubleshooting of advanced engine management systemsHydraulic system mastery including complex diagnostic and repair proceduresMentor and train junior technicians in advanced techniquesQuality control oversight for complex repairs and installations

Qualifications:
High school Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license (CDL certification preferred)Master-level certifications: Cummins Medium and Heavy Duty, Navistar, and additional OEM certifications6 years minimum of advanced Diesel Technician experience REQUIREDASE Master Technician Certification strongly preferredProven leadership or mentoring experienceAdvanced diagnostic equipment proficiency
