Associate, Human Resources Opportunity for 2026 BBA Grads (Finance)

This Associate, Human Resources opportunity is specific to our Human Resources summer interns. You may have the ability to join SC Johnson's HR team in one of our COE's or as a Partner supporting one of our functions. These opportunities will allow you to build critical skills and capabilities and work collaboratively with our HR functions and teams to provide high impact HR solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Prior HR Internship experience .

  • Bachelor's degree in H uman R esources , Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, or related field .

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a changing and complex environment .

  • Demonstrated leadership ability .

  • Business acumen .

  • Strong p roblem-solving , communication, critical and strategic thinking skills .

  • Comfort with risk taking and big picture thinking.

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks .

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Time

  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.

  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
