Granite Creek Health and Rehabilitation in Prescott, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. Your Role

  • Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning challenges.
  • Deliver therapy, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and assistive devices.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Document care and outcomes in line with regulatory and clinical standards.

What You Need

  • Arizona Occupational Therapist license.
  • Passion for improving patients' quality of life-new grads welcome!
