Special Events Coordinator (Association) (Project Management)

The YMCA of the Fox Cities is hiring a Special Events Coordinator. As our Special Events Coordinator, we'd love for you to take your passion and enthusiasm to organized, plan and execute a variety of impactful events, including logistics, permits, vendor & sponsor relations as well as event timelines and post event reporting, to support our mission and strengthen our community. Support fundraising efforts by coordinating Annual Campaign events, donor appreciation initiatives, golf outings, and more. Collaborate with our marketing team on event promotions, including flyers, social media, signage, and press outreach. Provide on-site leadership to ensure seamless event execution. From fundraising celebrations to donor appreciation gatherings, youll take the lead in delivering memorable, mission-driven events.

This role can be either full-time or part-time,depending on your skills & interests. This position could also be combined with our part-time Corporate Wellness & Membership Outreach Coordinatorto create a dynamic and full-time career path.
