What You'll Do:
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Supervise STNAs and ensure care tasks are carried out to the highest standard
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow staff
- Current LPN license in the State of Ohio
- Strong clinical judgment with attention to detail
- A steady, reliable presence on shift — especially for PRN availability
- The ability to lead, listen, and support in a team-based care setting
