We're currently hiring a Small Cell Foreman to lead crews in the field and take ownership of small cell and tower-related deployments.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Lead crews on small cell installations (poles, rooftops, and light structures), including coax, fiber, AC/DC power, and antenna systems
Climb structures and towers as needed to support all facets of wireless deployment
Read and interpret construction drawings, iBwave files, and carrier-specific documents
Manage, train, and mentor technicians; follow OJT plans and enforce field standards
Coordinate daily job activities, ensure safety compliance, and execute high-quality work
Work closely with project managers and clients to maintain timelines and communication
Conduct or supervise traffic control setups when required
Complete and submit daily reports, redlines, testing data, and closeout documentation
? Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of telecom experience with at least 1+ year leading crews as a Foreman
Proven experience in small cell, rooftop, or light-pole deployments
Comfortable climbing towers and lifting up to 50 lbs
OSHA 30, RF Safety, First Aid/CPR (preferred)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Solid understanding of hand tools, telecom hardware, and testing equipment
Willingness to work outside of standard hours (nights, weekends, holidays)

Up to 95% travel, Monday through Friday
Rotational assignments and on-call shifts may apply
