Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care. This is a great opportunity for a RN or LPN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community.
This position has a starting pay rate of $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $40 an hour for RNs
The current opportunity is Part Time with a minimum of two(2) shifts per week. Shifts are 12-Hour shifts from 7am to 7pm. Ability to pick up additional shifts is a possibility with this opportunity.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
