  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Governance & Standards: Define and enforce development standards, reusable components, naming conventions, and documentation practices across projects.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Stay current on Microsoft roadmap and recommend emerging Power Platform features, Copilot capabilities, and AI solutions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Integration Leadership: Guide complex integrations using Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, RESTful APIs, and third-party platforms (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow).
  • Escalation Point: Act as a technical escalation point for project issues and architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience with Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Copilot Studio).
  • Strong experience designing and leading complex solutions using model-driven and canvas apps.
  • Proven experience integrating with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, and/or Automation Runbooks.
  • Deep understanding of security, DLP, and governance in the Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Power Fx for custom logic and automation.
  • Experience mentoring and reviewing junior developer work.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills—able to lead meetings and drive consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • At least one Power Platform certification (PL-400, PL-600 preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
  • Experience with solution ALM practices including Git, Pipelines, and DevOps.
