Instructional Designer (Finance)



What you will do
  • Communicate important messages clearly and effectively by translating processes and
  • procedures into effective training for internal and external clients on a variety of topics
  • and solutions in Employer Services Solutions Delivery.
  • Translate processes, procedures, etc. into interesting and effective training programs for
  • internal and external clients.
  • Outstanding presentation skills with groups of all sizes and ability to lead live and on
  • demand training sessions.
  • Use different mediums and take different approaches as required by each
  • communication message or training audience.
  • Create in an environment that requires you to deal with multiple issues concurrently and
  • change plans without a great deal of notice.
  • Evaluate messages or situations and determine the appropriate communication method,
  • messaging, and audience.
  • Generate ideas and training materials to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Master instructional design principles, applications, and technologies through creative
  • research and thought leadership.
  • Proficiency at designing and delivering effective and captivating training to other trainers,
  • internal employees, and clients both in person and via webinar or on-demand materials

What experience you need
  • Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Communications, Technical Writing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using Google for project management, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft Office tools, and Adobe.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client facing role whether providing service, training, or technical support.

  • You possess excellent decision making, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders and high profile clientele.
  • Experience creating and driving process and workflow changes.
  • You have an eagle-eye ability to detect content mistakes, whether spelling or grammatical, or noticing that a client's name is misspelled or a phone number is incorrect.
  • You are professional, precise, have an extreme attention to detail and have the ability to break complex concepts down so that users can understand them
  • You are organized, know how to prioritize and are comfortable managing your own deadlines to get things done in a timely manner.
