Operations Analyst- CuraScript SD- Onsite (Finance)



Position Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Grove City, OH. , Tempe, AZ., Newark, DE.

Hours: 8 Hour shift 7-9pm

Subject matter expert in handling serialization data within the Operations environment. Does not include advanced technical knowledge of data flow.

How you'll improve the lives of others:

• Cross-Checking inbound shipments to ensure serialization data is present and accurate in TraceLink prior to deconsolidation
• Trouble shoot missing data and/or inaccurate data
• Works closely with MDM and Manufacturer's to obtain and resolve incomplete data
• Escalation point for data issues pertaining to Outbound shipments
• Utilize appropriate tools (Excel, SCWM, ect.) to log exception handling scenarios and track/monitor. Ensures timely resolution by either collecting and/or fixing data discrepancies.
• Works with P2P to setup return to vendor on product(s) with missing data or incomplete data.
• Ensures proper storage for quarantined product(s) with data issues
• Works cross-functionally with various departments depending on the need of the issue
• Works with others in the same role to ensure issues that impact multiple sites are documented and communicated with the appropriate parties.
• Works with Master Data Management team on new products that are arriving at the warehouses to ensure set up is complete for all location.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in data analysis
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office: word, outlook, excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to understand mathematical conversions.
  • Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions related to inventory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutions.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 19 - 29 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
