Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. (Master degree preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in informatics, quality improvement, or related field, and at least 1 year clinical management experience in a senior living / long term care setting.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Current and unrestricted RN license in the relevant jurisdiction. Certification in Informatics Nursing (RN-BC) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred. QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement). 1+ year clinical management experience as a nurse in a senior living / long term care setting.

Uses independent judgment to establish procedures and overall strategic direction that may affect a community, multiple communities, industry sectors and/or functional disciplines. Solves the most complex problems that require understanding and evaluation of impacts on the organization.

Knowledge and Skills
Possesses extensive knowledge of a professional discipline and maintains extensive theoretical business and industry knowledge. Provides overall leadership and direction to the business at the regional or divisional level. Possesses a strong focus on superior customer relationship skills, critical thinking, and strong organizational skills. Maintains knowledge of current regulations and technologies related to data management functions. Knows when and where to involve other business units into the project or decision as needed, use critical thinking skills.
