As a PM shift LVN, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch, personalized care every evening. Responsibilities include:

🩺 Supervising CNAs and support staff on your shift
💊 Administering medications and treatments accurately
📝 Documenting in PointClickCare (PCC) like a pro
📋 Charting, reporting, and updating resident records
💬 Communicating with families, doctors, and the care team
🚑 Handling admissions, discharges, and emergencies
🧼 Promoting infection control and a clean, safe environment
🌈 Creating a warm, supportive space for residents and team members alike

✅ Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in California
• PCC experience required
• Leadership or long-term care experience preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide calm, compassionate care
