Leadless Pacemaker Program Coordinator (Finance)

The Leadless Pacemaker Program Coordinator is responsible for the operational support of the BIOTRONIK Global Pivotal Study including, but not limited to the travel and training logistics of physician investigators as well as the BIOTRONIK Field Procedural Specialist home office training program. The Program Coordinator will report directly to the Clinical Studies Department, during the Global Pivotal Study and into product commercialization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the travel logistics of the BIOTRONIK physician investigator implant training during the Global Pivotal Trial.
  • Manage and coordinate the travel logistics of the BIOTRONIK Field Procedural Specialist for attendance at the inhouse training program.
  • Ensure implementation of ethical business policies and practices.
  • Maintain current investigator and FPS leadless training records and create various tracking reports as needed.
  • Maintain budget and track expenditures and transactions for the training programs.
  • Maintains a high level of communication with appropriate leadership involved in the Global Pivotal Study.
  • Always ensure a professional standard of written and verbal communication..

Your Profile

  • 3+ years' Proven experience as an administrative assistant in a relevant position assisting in organizational planning, scheduling, and travel management
  • Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and project reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and efficient

Travel Requirements

  • This role may require overnight travel.
