Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Onsite Mobile Fleet Service Diesel Technician to JOIN #TEAMWIERS. As our Lead Mobile Technician, you will provide efficient and expert-level mobile repairs directly at customer locations. Your primary responsibility will be to perform quality repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnose, evaluate, and repair major components of heavy-duty trucks and equipment at customer locationsPerform comprehensive DOT and preventive maintenance (PM) inspectionsExecute electronic repairs and advanced engine diagnostics in mobile environmentApply high-level skills and knowledge of hydraulic diagnostics and repairsDevelop lasting professional relationships with customers to ensure continued fleet reliability and satisfactionMaintain quality standards while working independently at various customer sitesStandard hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with flexibility based on diagnostic and repair requirements

Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
High School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)5 years of previous and relevant Mobile Medium and Heavy-Duty Technician experienceStrong diagnostic and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsPhysical ability to perform repairs in various mobile environments
