Sr Manager, Product Management (Finance)

Position Summary

The F5 Digital Organization is leading the charge in modernizing operations through innovative, scalable digital solutions that empower business functions across the enterprise. We build agile, cloud-native platforms to elevate user experience, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic business outcomes. 

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead a high-performing team of Product Owners and Product Analysts (also referred to as Business Analysts), focused on the strategy, development, and adoption of digital business platforms. This role will focus not only on core SaaS platforms like Salesforce and Oracle Fusion, but also on data-driven products, reporting capabilities, and business process optimization that provide actionable insights and superior end-user experience. 

You will collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Business Operations teams to deliver user-centric solutions that drive business impact. The ideal candidate is passionate about product-led thinking, mentoring future leaders, and guiding teams through ambiguity and transformation to create intelligent, connected experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and Product Analysts focused on building digital business and data-driven products. 
  • Define and drive long-term product strategy and roadmaps for digital platforms, business process automation, and reporting products—ensuring alignment with evolving business objectives and user needs. 
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer by engaging internal stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, and translating insights into impactful product solutions. 
  • Drive the development of scalable data and analytics solutions that enable actionable insights through effective reporting, dashboards, and embedded analytics. 
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation through delivery and adoption—with a strong emphasis on user experience, product usability, and measurable outcomes. 
  • Ensure product designs deliver exceptional UI/UX that enhance the way users interact with enterprise applications. 
  • Develop and execute strategies for product adoption and success, including stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication plans. 
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, UX, analytics, and business operations teams to ensure high-quality, timely product delivery. 
  • Promote the use of data analytics and feedback loops to assess product usage, identify areas of improvement, and continuously iterate. 
  • Lead strategic prioritization that balances short-term business needs with long-term platform growth. 
  • Encourage a culture of product-led methodology, where business value, user feedback, and data drive product decisions. 
  • Act as a coach and mentor to product team members, nurturing professional development, leadership growth, and continuous learning. 
  • Identify and remove organizational or operational hurdles that may slow down team execution or innovation. 
  • Lead through ambiguity and transformation, helping teams remain focused and aligned during times of organizational change or shifting priorities. 
  • Foster resilience, adaptability, and ownership within the product team, especially in high-change or high-stakes environments. 
  • Support talent development by instilling product management best practices, product thinking, and leadership accountability. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 10–15+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing digital platforms, reporting tools, and data products. 
  • Proven success in leading enterprise-scale reporting, data, and workflow products from concept to adoption and measurable impact. 
  • Experience working in product-led organizations, driving user value and outcomes through data-driven decision-making. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS (Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, etc. And , and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, etc.). 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver products with excellent UI/UX design, integrated analytics, and seamless workflow capabilities. 
  • Expertise in aligning business personas with reporting needs and defining metrics to measure business performance. 
  • Experience in AI/ML/GenAI integration is a strong plus, particularly where it enhances analytics, forecasting, or user interaction. 
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and driving consensus across business and technical teams. 
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to clearly articulate strategy, product value, and roadmaps to senior executives. 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives in parallel. 
  • Proven ability to build, retain, and inspire high-performing, cross-functional product teams. 
  • Strong change leadership skills; able to guide teams through organizational shifts, new technologies, and business model evolution. 
  • Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-complexity enterprise environments and making decisions with incomplete information. 
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

The annual base pay for this position is: $189,800.00 - $284,800.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
