eProductivity Software is hiring for a Sales Development Manager, selling a Process Control solution called Escada specifically for the corrugated industry. This person will report directly to the Regional Director, Packaging Sales, US&C.

  • like having a compensation plan with un-capped commissions by over-achieving sales quotas, goals and expectations.

What you will do:
  • Establish effective communication with appropriate sales and technical managers to ensure proper sensitivity to all sales needs.
  • Prospect to find weekly targets for new opportunity creation, keeping your sales funnel fresh and growing!
  • Manage all full-cycle sales activities within assigned territory including client development, sales of emerging product and multi-product sales, onsite customer presentations, and sales campaigns.
  • Generate new account sales and growth to existing account base.
  • Provide timely and accurate territory reporting, forecasting to sales management utilizing salesforce.com.
  • Develop specific regional plans to ensure revenue growth of Escada.
  • Leverage eProductivity Software's resources and capabilities inside Marketing, Sales, and the Business Unit towards the achievement of goals.
  • Provide regular feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Management regarding products
  • Establish and build relationships with eProductivity Software's sales and technical support.
  • Communicate regularly with prospects through personal visits, telephone calls, etc. with key contacts; field traveling is a must (50 %).
  • Attend all assigned tradeshows, open houses, association and other eProductivity Software's events.
  • Achieve booking targets within operating budgets.

This role might be a good fit if you:
  • Possess 5 to 10 years of enterprise MIS/ERP/MES software or CORRUGATED CAPITAL EQUIPMENT sales experience including field sales experience.
  • Possess expertise in complete sales cycle management - prospect identification, qualification, proposal and close.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a complex Sales role.
  • Have a great understanding of the lifecycle of an order or business processes in the corrugated business.
  • Can manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region.
  • Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding both individual and team sales quota/goals.
  • Proven success turning cold calling into revenue-generating accounts.
  • Are currently located in the Midwest US and ideally close to a larger airport hub.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to the team
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
