Dispatch technicians and create service requests in Oracle ERP.
Maintain technician on-call schedules and follow up on service quotes.
Communicate with customers to gather service details and ensure satisfaction.
Promote service agreements and support sales coordination.
Redirect non-dispatch calls appropriately.
Submit accurate weekly timesheets, including prevailing wage tracking.
Provide administrative support to the Manager.
Assist with other service operations tasks as assigned.
