WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are hiring a talented and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical financial insights and support to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in enterprise integration and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS office location.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Assist in the development and management of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and board meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
  • Assist in the integration of financial data across various enterprise systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably both corporate and segment FP&A.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Planful, Great Plains) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enterprise integration (EI) experience a plus
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications essential; database and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau) a plus
