The Tax Senior Associate, reporting to the International Tax Executive Director will be mainly responsible for supporting the global minimum tax and transfer pricing-related operations at Ingram Micro. This position will work directly with the Global Tax Manager and the Transfer Pricing Manager, who also report to the International Tax Executive Director.

Your role:

  • Support the Global Tax Manager in compiling and analyzing financial and tax data for Pillar Two calculations and reporting.
  • Analyze and apply the Global Anti-Based Erosion ("GloBE") rules and related guidance and demonstrate a strong understanding of their application to global compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with the end-to-end preparation of the GloBE Information Return using CorpTax, including data collection, system integration, and population of return fields.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of Form 8975 and related Country-by-Country reporting ("CbCR") documentation.
  • Coordinate with local finance teams to support Pillar Two compliance, including local registrations, notifications, and Domestic Minimum Top-Up Tax filings.
  • Support the Transfer Pricing Manager for the preparation of the allocation models for major intercompany transactions.
  • Assist with the preparation of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting ("BEPS") master file and local file template for major intercompany transactions based on the OECD guidelines.
  • Support the transfer pricing documentation automation process.
  • Support the intercompany invoicing process for quarterly US management fees.
  • Support transfer pricing audits around the globe.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or economics (with CPA, LLM, master's degree in taxation or accounting, or MBA preferred) required.
  • 5+ years of tax experience with 3+ years in Big 4 accounting firm preferred.
  • Possess strong tax technical knowledge of U.S. and non-U.S. transfer pricing and direct and indirect international tax concepts with proven ability to apply them in a commercial context.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage projects on a cross-functional basis and the capacity to follow up, execute and deliver on projects.
  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, if / then formulas, etc.)
  • Strong communication (written and oral), research and analytical skills; and strong interpersonal skills.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $93,000.00 - $158,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
