Position Overview:
As an Estimator/Sales Support representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Team by providing detailed and accurate material takeoffs, cost estimates, and field measurements for custom residential home projects. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and our sales team to ensure precise estimates and smooth project execution from initial consultation to delivery. If you have experience in residential custom home estimating, blueprint interpretation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Residential Custom Home Estimating - Review architectural blueprints, calculate material requirements, and generate accurate, detailed cost estimates for custom home projects.
Customer Service - Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential clients, contractors, and architects to ensure clear communication and project success.
Data Entry - Accurately input estimates into the system and convert them into active orders.
Field Measuring - Conduct on-site measurements for custom home orders to ensure precision in material quantity and fit.
Special Order Tracking - Manage special orders and track delivery timelines for custom home projects.
Sales Representation - Represent contractor sales staff when needed, offering expert estimates and guidance for residential projects.
Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, ensuring the highest level of service for residential customers.
Safety and Wellness - Adhere to safety standards and best practices to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
