Job Title: RN Weekend Supervisor
Location: Hanford Post Acute - Hanford, CA
Schedule: Weekends Only
Starting Pay: $50/hour

Hanford Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys leading and supporting a skilled nursing team while ensuring high-quality patient care over the weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is provided during weekend shifts
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident care plans
• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for residents, families, and staff on weekends
• Monitor and ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Provide direct patient care as needed and assist in emergencies
• Complete documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly
• Support staff development and training as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of California (in good standing)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during weekend shifts
