Sr Manager, Digital Lead Generation (Finance)

Lead Generation Manager

The Digital Lead Generation Manager is responsible for customer traffic destinations, defining the tools needed to convert shoppers to customers. This role includes working with sales and marketing to ensure revenue, customer satisfaction, and digitization goals are met. This role entails developing and executing strategies to identify and attract potential customers through various online channels like social media, content marketing, SEO, and email campaigns, utilizing data analytics to qualify leads, nurture them through automated marketing sequences, and ultimately convert them into paying customers, while collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment with overall business objectives. Optimizing landing pages and website forms for lead capture. Implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and lead generation.

Additional responsibilities include, but not limited developing and managing automated email marketing sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel. Implementing personalized communication strategies to engage leads based on their behavior and interests. Tracking key metrics like lead generation volume, conversion rates, and ROI across different digital channels. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation strategies. Reporting on lead generation performance to stakeholders with actionable insights. Collaborating with content marketing teams to create valuable content that attracts and engages leads. Aligning lead generation strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.

KEY RESONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Marketing and Campaigns:
    • Creating marketing strategies, managing various online channels, and analyzing performance data.
    • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    • Optimizing campaigns for revenue, performance and ROI.
    • Manage various digital channels such as social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising, ensuring a cohesive message.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • User Experience (UX) Design and Optimization:
    • Designing and optimizing websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
    • Conducting user research and testing to identify areas for improvement.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Content Strategy and Management:
    • Experience in creating engaging content that is consistent and relevant.
    • Partnering with marketing and the digital product team to develop and implement content strategies to engage users and achieve business goals.
    • Partnering, Managing and optimizing digital content across various channels.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and other relevant data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Generating reports and dashboards to track performance and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
    • Using data insights to inform decision-making and improve the digital experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
    • Communicating digital strategies and initiatives to stakeholders.
    • Managing projects and timelines effectively.
  • Project Management:
    • Managing digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
    • Tracking progress and reporting on project status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing principles including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Proficiency in CRM systems to manage and track leads
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance
  • Creative content writing and copywriting abilities for lead generation campaigns
  • Ability to prioritize across competing priorities and juggle several work streams with multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Sharp analytical and quantitative skills while the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Executive presence to influence teams and leaders at all levels
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals
