Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Blow Fill Support Operator to join our team.

Blow Fill Support Operator Role Overview

Orders, receives, and tracks purchases for production and building equipment. Provides break and PTO relief support for Production Operators as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Orders and receives parts into inventory. Maintains accurate inventory. Updates CMMS system and SAP as needed
  • Administers preventative maintenance and work order program
  • Schedules Contractors
  • Reconciles P-card
  • Operates production machinery as needed for relief for breaks and PTO. Duties to include but not limited to - operates filler and packaging machinery at rated speeds while minimizing downtime, performs size and flavor changeovers, maintains clean work area and equipment, performs preventative maintenance on production machinery as assigned, communicates with line leads, supervisors, and maintenance techs regarding issues and status of operation.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge and operation of beverage filling equipment preferred.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be good with numbers and have good organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
