What You'll Do
Leadership & Operations

Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of skilled diesel technicians
Drive operational excellence through workflow optimization and quality assurance
Manage P&L responsibilities and deliver financial results aligned with company targets
Ensure 100% compliance with Wiers safety standards and protocols

Customer Excellence

Exceed customer expectations through superior service delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify business development opportunities within existing accounts
Represent Wiers Core Values in every customer interaction

Strategic Management

Plan, organize, and execute service center operations (Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays)
Set team goals, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Foster a quality-first culture throughout the service center
Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in commercial vehicle repair/maintenance
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License (CDL strongly preferred)
Proven P&L management and financial accountability experience
Strong business acumen with customer service excellence focus

Total Rewards Package
Compensation

Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
Variable Compensation: Quarterly performance-based bonuses
