Restaurant Supervisor (Temporary) - Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport (Finance)
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport is looking for a temporary Restaurant Supervisor.
This hotel is an all-suite hotel with 318 guestrooms offering a value of a spacious 2-room suite, extending complimentary full cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and 2-hours of complimentary cocktails nightly. Grill 305 the Restaurant on-site serves up casual fare with a wide variety of house specialty appetizers and other outlets including a Grab-n-go and in-suite dining options.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 6-months Food and Beverage supervisory experience and will be available from date of hire to July 17, 2025
Shift Pattern: Must have full availability of including weekends and holidays. Shifts as early as 8:00am and as late as 11:00pm.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
What will I be doing?:
• Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
