Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic Legal Department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. The intern will work closely with our legal team on a variety of projects including contract review, legal research, regulatory matters, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and summarize findings

Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and internal documents

Support compliance and regulatory tracking efforts

Attend meetings and prepare memos or presentations as needed

Help maintain legal files and records

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (1L, 2L, or 3L)

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Interest in healthcare, corporate, or regulatory law is a plus
