The Commercialisation Intern for the Business Line Oncology Software Solutions (BL OSS) will provide essential support across the implementation of the commercialisation process for software products within the BL OSS portfolio. This position will focus on facilitating the seamless integration of key processes from Engineering through Marketing and Sales to Order Fulfillment and Implementation within the Commercial organisation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of the commercialisation process, ensuring smooth transition across departments, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Order Fulfillment.
Contribute to the successful completion of designated projects, with a specific focus on the integration and alignment of BL OSS activities and Commercial organisation interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Line, Commercial, and Product organisations, to ensure alignment in approach and drive efficiencies throughout the commercialisation lifecycle.
Support the commercialisation of software products by identifying opportunities for process improvements and assisting in the coordination of resources and activities.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to promote collaboration and enhance the overall commercialisation process.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercialisation of innovative oncology software solutions, working closely with a diverse team across multiple departments.
Example Projects could include:
Creation and automation of Commercialisation Dashboard for Management reporting on commercialization status of the BL OSS
Creations and deployment of Training program for the Commercialisation Process inclusive of training material creation and delivery
Implementation of an electronic system for commercialization gate approval
Deliver self driven project outputs to the BL OSS Commercialisation Director
Qualifications -
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Completing or completed an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
Transferable skills from either prior professional experience or academic coursework relevant to Healthcare, Technology, Project Management, Business, or Data Analysis is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (e.g. work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
Resourcefulness in finding information and answers.
Highly self-motivated
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to learn and apply new concepts quickly in a dynamic environment.
Must be able to work well within a team and independently at times with limited guidance.
Travel: Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.

The US base salary range for this position is $20-25/hr.
