The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising a diverse team of cooks, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine. This role supports menu development, production planning, and execution of special events while maintaining strong collaboration with front-of-house teams. The Chef de Cuisine upholds culinary standards, enforces food safety and cost controls, and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes service excellence and operational efficiency.
