About the Team
Join Ingram Micro's X2 Segment within the Network and Security Business Unit-a high-performing, fast-paced team focused on driving solution selling across a portfolio of 20 strategic vendors. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and delivering value through advanced cybersecurity and networking solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring:
- Proven success in sales and business development
- Strong channel and distribution experience
- Familiarity with vendor partnerships and ecosystems
- Expertise in working with resellers across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments
- Knowledge of or prior engagement with vendors such as Arctic Wolf Networks, Sentinel One, and SonicWall
Role Responsibilities
- 100% proactive engagement with partners and vendors
- Regular travel (approx. 50%) to support field activities
- Account farming and driving market share shift initiatives
Compensation
- Base salary and commission split: 60/40
Education/Experience: Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and system
Field based: Dallas, TX or Buffalo, NY - highly preferred
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 - $114,400.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
