Manager, Human Resources (Human Resources)



What You Will Do

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team and oversee day-to-day HR operations while aligning local practices with global HR strategy. This role will work closely with the Global HR Director and business leaders to drive HR initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices in a global environment.

How You Will Do It

  • Collaborating with the Global HR Director to implement global HR strategies at the local/regional level.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Providing coaching to build leadership capabilities and enabling managers to constructively address and resolve employee issues.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Assisting leaders and the talent management team in the development of internal programs for future growth and capabilities.
  • Collaborating with other HR business partners to drive synergies and process improvement areas.
  • Developing and implementing processes to facilitate organization changes and supporting appropriate change management processes.
  • Managing HR reporting and analytics for leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting other HR projects as assigned.

What We Look For

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR business partner role is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance, coaching, and assessing talent.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Ability to be comfortable with high volume, fast paced workload.
  • Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.

Preferred

  • Professional HR certification a plus.  
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization strongly preferred.
