Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Part-Time RN to join our night shift team. This role is ideal for a nurse seeking a calm, focused environment where they can make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. Shift & Schedule:
- Part-Time Nights
- Shift hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts) or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (8-hour shifts) depending on scheduling needs
- Rotating weekends and holidays required
- Provide direct nursing care to residents during the night shift in accordance with standards of nursing practice and facility policies
- Monitor and document resident conditions, administer medications, and manage treatments as prescribed
- Respond to resident needs promptly and with kindness and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise and support STNAs (State Tested Nursing Assistants) on shift
- Current and valid Ohio RN license
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
