Marketing Leadership Development Program Associate (Undergraduate) (Finance)
Participants in the MLDP will gain valuable experience by completing three, 12 to 18 month-long personalized rotational assignments. Rotations are aligned to The Cigna's Group growth strategy as well as each associate's personal development needs and career interests. The program prepares associates for a successful career in Global Marketing with an extensive foundation of broad experiences.

What you'll do:
Rotational assignments may include, but are not limited to:
Brand, Brand Sponsorships, Business Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Experience, Field Marketing, Marketing Communications, Marketing Research, Marketing Technology, Social Media, Etc.
As an associate in the program, your experience will include:
Competency-based development focused on coaching and advocacy.
Exposure to senior leaders, focused mentorship, leadership coaching, and professional networking
A supportive and collaborative community of peers
Cohort style learning with workshops, case studies, and capstone projects
Events such as an ongoing dedicated marketing leadership lunch and learn series.
Outreach opportunities through community service and charitable events
Cross functional learning with Cigna's other premier leadership development programs
What you need to do the job:
Successful completion of an internship at The Cigna Group required.
Pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing, or a related field. 3.0 GPA preferred.
1+ years of professional work experience. Previous business exposure in marketing or communications is preferred.
Desire to cultivate a career in the marketing field.
A drive for delivering results coupled with proven project management skills.
Evidence of strong analytical ability, innovative thinking, and data driven problem solving skills
Emerging leadership skills demonstrated through student organizations, academic projects, or community involvement.
Aptitude to work across a variety of environments with a growth mindset.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
