Responsibilities
Make dough according to our company bakery recipesPackage baked breads for customer salesMaintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environmentDisplay our freshly baked breads in an appealing counter displayClean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with the NYS Standards as well as QA standardsKeep floors clean and clear of debris and spillsMaintain and properly use all department equipment as requireRotate product to ensure freshnessOther duties and functions as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentFlexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend and holiday availability.Must be able to speak, read and communicate in the English language
