Sr. HRIS Analyst (Finance)

Piper Sandler is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, MN.

This individual will partner with Human Capital, Technology, and other groups across the business to improve work process, set HR technology priorities and leverage the return on technology capabilities. This individual will maintain systems, ensure data integrity, test system changes, write reports, analyze data and recommend process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of HCM system.
  • Make recommendations on the HCM design, configuration, and day-to-day activities to support business objectives.
  • Maintain and support HCM integrations as the main point of contact for vendor file feeds.
  • Provide annual data requests such as EEO-1 data filing, California pay data filing, internal ESG and AAP data.
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries. Manage development of reports for ongoing customer needs and look for ways to streamline current reporting processes.
  • Continually researches trends, best practices, return on investment and evaluate the effectiveness of HCM system.
  • Lead or participate in a variety of total rewards projects, providing technical expertise and data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Keep up to date on changes in the financial services industry and ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in HRIS.
  • Workday experience required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including benefit and payroll procedures.
  • Capability to leverage technology and resources across firm to maximize results.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high performance, growth-oriented environment.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical business partners across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office with very strong Excel skills.
  • Prior reporting or query building skills required.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
