HR Manager (Project Management)
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Minimum college degree in related field, prefer advanced degree. Minimum ten (10) years' broad HR generalist experience, including solid working knowledge of safety management and OSHA regulations, selection, development, compensation, employee relations and organizational planning. Proven ability to lead organizational change and experience in managing multiple human resource functions. Prefer field experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to represent Boise Cascade to appropriate audiences, i.e. government and legal agencies, and all levels of region, division and corporate. Must be customer oriented with high level of drive and motivation and ability to respond to customer needs with a sense of immediacy. 15% travel. Prefer SPHR or PHR certification.
