On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) — Tiburon Hills Care Center

Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $55/hr (DOE)
- Per diem / on-call with the flexibility to pick up shifts across AM/PM/NOC as needed
- Weekend and holiday differentials may apply
What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Oversee and support LVNs/CNAs; ensure excellent handoffs and documentation
- Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and care plan updates
- Respond to urgent resident needs and support admissions as needed
- Collaborate with IDT to promote resident comfort, dignity, and outcomes
What You'll Bring
- Active California RN license in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)
- SNF/long-term care or post-acute experience preferred (new-to-SNF RNs with strong clinical skills welcome)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork under pressure
- Reliability and flexibility to cover short-notice shifts
