Program Specialist II, Building Automation (Finance)

As a Program Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in assisting the implementation and execution of various programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and work with stakeholders at all levels. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Herndon, VA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program execution, contribute to the achievement of business objectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate the implementation and execution of various programs within the BA business unit

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives

• Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Identify and escalate any issues or risks that may impact program delivery

• Assist in the development and maintenance of program documentation and reports

• Facilitate the coordination of program meetings, workshops, and training sessions

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in program management or project coordination

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
