Position Summary

Under supervision, performs basic troubleshooting for familiar technologies following established policies and processes. researches, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves computer software and hardware, operating systems, network and security issues. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: IT Service Desk, Techlink, IT Executive Support, IT Account Mgmt., Datacenter Ops, Print Ops, IT Facilities Support, PC Dispatch, Telecommunications, IT Asset Mgmt.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Researches, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains systems that affect non-critical system components with a limited number of stakeholders. Follows established policies and procedures.
• Researches and determines most effective method to resolve technical issues for familiar technologies.
• Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements

• High school diploma, or GED, required.
